One of the first photographers was Louis Daguerre and he created what we know today as the first every photograph taken that shows a human. This photo was taken using a technique that involved applying a thin coat of silver onto a sheet of copper. The man seen in this photo is having his show shined as he was in frame of the photo it is now lead to believe that he is the first human to be shown in a photo.
