Following a workshop I made two contact sheets of selected photos from my stop motion mind map so that I could effectively choose desired frames in my future pieces of work.
As I had 230 frames in my stop motion I only used a selection of them so that I could get an idea of how contact sheets work. Below are screenshots of settings I used and how each frame is loaded out in rows like a film reel.
Here are my two contact sheets with all my selected frames displayed in a 5x6 format.
